“It was horrible. Couldn't find driver and when we did he didnt know where to take us even though I had entered details multiple times. Then he asked to use our phone for the GPS to hotel. When we arrived he asked us to pay which was confusing because we had already paid. He di it took us awhile to figure out that he wanted more money because he said he had to wait for us which resulted in an uncomfortable interaction.”
