“This was a terrible terrible terrible experience. The driver texted during my flight—which I did not see until after arrival in Amsterdam—that he would be meet us at 8:00 PM, the exact minute the plane was scheduled to arrive. I already was worried about that because I had scheduled the pick up for one hour later to allow for immigration etc. (It turns out this wasn’t enough because Schipol Airport had four immigration officers for 600 people, but whatever.) “It was horrible. Couldn't find driver and when we did he didnt know where to take us even though I had entered details multiple times. Then he asked to use our phone for the GPS to hotel. When we arrived he asked us to pay which was confusing because we had already paid. He di it took us awhile to figure out that he wanted more money because he said he had to wait for us which resulted in an uncomfortable interaction.”
